Manar Hassan-Agha is a portfolio manager at Mawer Investment Management Ltd., which he joined in 2021. He is co-manager of Mawer's Global Equity strategy.

Mr. Hassan-Agha holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree (with high distinction) from the University of Toronto specializing in accounting and majoring in economics.

Prior to joining Mawer, Mr. Hassan-Agha was employed as an investment associate at Fulcrum Capital Partners Inc., a Canadian middle-market private equity firm. He was involved in the evaluation and execution of potential investment opportunities and the monitoring of existing portfolio company investments. Previously, he worked in the M&A Transaction Advisory practice at KPMG where he assisted in financial due diligence, valuation, and M&A advisory engagements for financial and strategic clients.

Mr. Hassan-Agha is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
